Meet Dr. Elizabeth Tower, ND, IBCLC

Elizabeth grew up in Sarnia, Ontario before moving to Windsor to complete her bachelor degree in Kinesiology with a major in Movement Science and a minor in Psychology. Following this, she moved to Toronto with her now husband to complete her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. While attending CCNM, she also completed the lactation medicine program at the International Breastfeeding Centre in Toronto, completing all educational, clinical and board requirements to become an IBCLC. She also completed additional certification as a Naturopathic Doula and has been supporting pregnant individuals since her second year in Toronto. Following training and education in Toronto, Elizabeth moved back to Sarnia to be closer to family where she started her practice and had a little one of her own.
